Welcome to Masterclass Podcasts. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, materials, and information required for the production of their podcast in a timely manner. Clients must ensure that all content provided complies with copyright laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights. Clients are also responsible for reviewing and approving all drafts and final deliverables.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including pricing, invoicing, and due dates, will be specified in the individual service agreement or proposal. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services rendered, the client will own all intellectual property rights to the final podcast content created by Masterclass Podcasts on their behalf. Masterclass Podcasts retains the right to use portions of the completed work for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Masterclass Podcasts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within a specified period. Termination will not relieve the client of any payment obligations for services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tasmania, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms.
